Visitors to the innovative website can look forward to reduced navigation depth, cross links, advanced search options and interactive areas. With automatic adaptation to all end devices, the new website, which will be available in 16 languages, can also be accessed via smartphones and tablet PCs.
One of the new features is an integrated product area with an ordering function (eShop). If the customer navigates within a product area he has the opportunity to find the suitable type for his requirements by means of a fine filter. The technical data and specifications are then displayed on a detailed ID number page. Spare parts and accessories can also be ordered there. Initially, the additional sales channel will be available in Germany, Great Britain, Spain and the Netherlands. Other countries will follow starting mid-2015.
