Type 8188 - Level measuring device with guided radar
Type Description
Type 8188 is a level measuring device with interchangeable cable or rod probe, or with a coaxial probe for continuous level measurement. It is designed for industrial applications for measuring liquids in all areas of process engineering. With measuring ranges up to 75 m, Type 8188 is also suitable for tall tanks. Even process conditions such as heavy steam generation, density fluctuations or changes in the dielectric constant do not affect measuring accuracy. Deposits or condensation on the probe or tank wall have no effect on the measurement result. Interface measurement of liquids, typically at an oil/water interface, is also possible with Type 8188.
